About returns and exchanges

When the product arrives, please be sure to check within 7 days whether there are any errors in the order content, whether the product is damaged or defective, etc.
In addition, please be sure to keep the "delivery note" and "warranty" attached to the product.

In the event that the delivered product is "damaged or defective" or "a product that is different from what you ordered", we will promptly exchange it for the same product or issue a return/refund.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience (wrong image, wrong size, wrong color, wrong order, etc.).
To request an exchange, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
We cannot accept returns in the following cases.
・Products that have passed 8 days or more after the arrival of the product
・Items that have been used once ・Items with accessories, warranty cards, or sales tags removed ・Items for which the invoice has been lost , products that have been washed or cleaned, products that have been gift-wrapped, products that have been returned without contacting us about the return, products purchased from other e-commerce sites or retail stores (please contact the store where you purchased the product. )

We accept exchanges and returns in the following cases.

Please contact us from the inquiry form within 7 days from the delivery date.
We will promptly process exchanges, returns, and refunds.
Also, if we cannot prepare an exchange for the same product, we will respond by returning or refunding.
We will bear the cost of returning the product. Please send it back by cash on delivery.
《 About refund 》
The refund of the product price will be made after confirming the arrival of the returned product.
If the product is defective, soiled, or damaged → We will refund the product price, consumption tax, and shipping fee.
In the case of returns other than the above → We will refund the amount after deducting the round-trip shipping fee (cash-on-delivery handling fee in the case of cash-on-delivery) and bank transfer fee from the product price and consumption tax.
《 About refund method 》
If you use cash on delivery → we will refund by bank transfer. If you return the product for your convenience, you will be responsible for the transfer fee.
If you used a credit card → Refunds will be made via the credit card company. Depending on the cut-off date, it may be refunded after the next month after the withdrawal. Please note.
《 Cancellation 》
For cancellation after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once an order has been placed, it will be prepared for delivery immediately, and once the product has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Also, if you choose PayPal, credit card, or ID payment, you will not be able to cancel the payment once the order has been confirmed and the payment has been completed.
Please note that after the shipment of the product has been arranged, it will be treated as a return due to the customer's convenience.
《For customers using cash on delivery》
In the case of cash on delivery, you will pay the product price, cash on delivery handling fee, and shipping fee when you receive the product.
If the name of the orderer and the delivery address are different, and you do not need to include the delivery note (with the amount specified), please indicate so in the "Special notes to the store" column on the checkout screen of the cart. Please fill in
After the product is shipped, if the storage period by Sagawa Express has passed, it will be returned to our store, so please receive it as soon as possible.
