If the product is damaged due to defects in the quality of materials or manufacturing under normal use conditions, we will repair or replace the parts free of charge.

If repair is not possible, we will replace it with the same model or an equivalent model.

* Damage caused by customer's negligence or intent, or due to aged deterioration is not covered by the warranty.
*We will determine the scope of the warranty.
*Items that do not include a receipt or the name and date of purchase are not covered by the warranty.
*The warranty card will not be reissued, so please keep it in a safe place so that it will not be lost.
*In the unlikely event that repair occurs within the warranty period and the warranty is not attached, we will repair it for a fee.

Please be sure to contact us in advance before sending it to us.
In principle, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee.

Depending on the condition of the product, the repair will be either free of charge or for a fee. If the product is free of charge, we will inform you of the estimated repair period.

In addition, regarding defects due to initial defects, we will replace it with the same model or repair it. However, we will only accept returns if you contact us within 7 days after the arrival of the unused product. If it is not possible to exchange for the same model, we will refund the purchase price by bank transfer.

*We do not repair or sell polarized sunglasses.
*We do not accept repairs by bringing the product to our company.
*We cannot accept repairs if the product is returned without contacting us in advance.
*Even if it is determined that the product cannot be repaired after it arrives at our company, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.


[About free repair]
If the product is within the warranty period stated in the quality warranty, or if it is determined to be an initial defect, we will repair it free of charge.

[About paid repair]
All products other than the premium series that do not come with a quality guarantee, and products that have passed the quality guarantee period will be repaired for a fee.
In the case of paid repair, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping fee and repair/parts fee. Please note.


[Flow of free repair]
1. The product arrives at our company (postage paid by the customer)
2. Ship the repaired product or the same model and replacement product with prepayment (repair fee paid by us, shipping fee paid by the customer)
*However, in the case of an initial defect, the round-trip shipping fee will be borne by us.

[Flow of paid repair]
1. The product arrives at our company (postage paid by the customer)
2. Inform us of the estimated repair cost and approximate repair period.
4. If repair is not requested, the product will be returned by cash on delivery (postage paid by the customer).



《Regarding special repair price》

For repairs of products purchased at our online store (LSD Designs -Outdoor Functional Gear-) or our directly managed store (Yodobashi Umeda 6F LoveSoulDream Store), we will offer a half price service from our prescribed repair fee. .
When requesting repair, please enclose the receipt issued by the store of purchase or the invoice issued by the online store.
Regarding the request method, in addition to the above, you can also bring it to the LoveSoulDream Store on the 6th floor of Yodobashi Umeda.
